Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding are owned by Advanced Web Services App or used under licence. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Engagement deliverables belong to the client under the terms of the signed engagement letter, subject to our retention of working-paper copies.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to documents and personnel, and a named sponsor. Delays in access may shift fieldwork dates and, where agreed in writing, fees.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are stated in the engagement letter. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Taiwan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts located in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
