Advanced Web Services App exists for finance teams that need an independent look at internal controls without hiring a permanent internal audit staff.
Origin
We began by supporting mid-sized manufacturers and distributors in Greater Taipei who faced the same pattern: growth outpaced approval matrices, inventory moved faster than count procedures, and external audit comments repeated each year. The work stayed deliberately hands-on — walkthroughs on the floor, samples from real ledgers, findings written for the people who must fix them.
How we work
Engagements are led by practitioners who have sat on both sides of the table: preparing PBC lists and reviewing them. We keep teams small so process owners speak to the same reviewers from kickoff to close-out. Mandarin and English interviews are available depending on who owns the process.
